Maintenance Manager

Location: County Hall, London, SE1 7PY

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 0800 – 1700

Salary:  £47,000 – £55,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Development Details:This role will be based at the iconic County Hall development comprising of 605 apartments across four blocks (up to 8 floors) and 12 commercial units. County Hall has breathtaking views of landmarks such as the London Eye and Big Ben and is conveniently located within a 2-minute walk from Waterloo station.


Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a Maintenance Manager at Rendall & Rittner:

  • You will have a technical / hard services facilities management background having worked in a similar managerial position responsible for supervising a small team.
  • You have good contractor management experience, managing a range of different contractors and specialist throughout the process and ensuring quality, value and deliverance.
  • You will be computer literate with experience working on BMS systems and general software’s such as Microsoft packages etc.
  • You have experience in coordinating any onsite reactive maintenance issues or emergencies, being organised, finding the best solutions with regards to quality, cost, overall performance.
  • You’ll ensure Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and ensure statutory compliance.
  • You have overseen external contractors and property maintenance.
  • You have experience managing PPM’s and any remedials as required.
  • You will have demonstratable experience in supporting with onsite project management, this includes supervising contractors, reviewing RAMS, risk assessments, method statements etc.
  • You’ll be a leader who cares passionately about creating a positive and most importantly a safe environment for residents, guests and your team.
  • You’ll have managed customers, assisting with queries and responding to any complaints.

 

Your team matters to you, so you support them, working together, building strong working relationships with residents, guests and external contractors, ultimately supporting a strong unified working environment.
