Location: Unit 4A Parkway Bury St Edmunds
Shift Hours: Full Time
Promote Subway® products, meal deals, and in-store promotions to customers
Drive daily sales and contribute to achieving individual and store targets
Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries professionally
Accurately take customer orders and process payments using cash and POS systems
Upsell and cross-sell menu items, including combos, add-ons, and promotional offers
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in line with Subway® and company guidelines
Assist with stock checks, inventory control, and replenishment
Handle customer complaints calmly and resolve issues efficiently
Comply with company policies, food safety procedures, and health & safety regulations
Support team members during peak trading hours
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-driven mindset with negotiation and persuasion skills
Customer service oriented with a positive and professional attitude
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Good time management and multitasking abilities
Basic numeracy and cash-handling skills

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (preferred)
Previous experience in sales, retail, or food service is an advantage
Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer engagement
Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical duties
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is desirable
