Job Title: Quality Co-ordinator
Salary: Commencing at £31,439 with progression to £34,349 per annum
About the Role

What You Will Do

  • Support the Programme Manager and Deputy Director of Quality Standards in promoting excellence and continuously improving the learner experience across the organisation. 
  • Monitor curriculum performance and provide clear, actionable reports to drive quality enhancement. 
  • Advising colleagues on best practices and overseeing both classroom and apprenticeship delivery, you will help ensure consistent standards and regulatory compliance. 
  • Work closely with awarding organisations and use performance data to identify trends and inform targeted improvement strategies.

About You

  • Experience working with awarding organisations and a commitment to maintaining high standards across all aspects of the learner experience. 
  • Familiar with analysing data to evaluate impact and managing projects that drive improvements in learner outcomes. 
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, and supporting quality improvement initiatives would be advantageous. 
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to prioritise effectively. 
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills, along with a proven ability to meet deadlines, are essential.
