- Candidate attraction: Proactively attract and source top talent through various channels, including CV databases, LinkedIn and our Application Tracking System.
- End-t0-End Candidate Management: Manage the entire candidate journey for assigned areas, from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates.
- Quality Shortlisting: Deliver high-quality shortlists of candidates to hiring managers, ensuring the align with the role requirements.
- Candidate Screening and Selection: Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and support throughout the recruitment process.

About You
- Dedicated and customer-focused individual
- Thrives in fast-paced environments
- Previous experience in either agency or in-house recruitment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Understanding of attraction and selection methodology
- Familiarity with the end-to-end candidate journey
- Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRM
- Ability to conduct Boolean searches
