In this role, you’ll be key to ensuring the safety and security of our client’s premises. Here’s what you can expect:
- Professional Duties: Safeguarding the business park by managing access points, conducting foot patrols, and responding to incidents or emergencies quickly and effectively.
- Communication: Interacting with staff, visitors, and clients, always maintaining a professional and approachable demeanour.
- Incident Response: Handling safety issues, suspicious activity, or emergencies with a calm, efficient approach.
- Security Systems: Operating security equipment, monitoring surveillance footage, and ensuring the overall functionality of the security infrastructure.

What We’re Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- A valid SIA license.
- At least 1 year of relevant security experience.
- Strong communication skills and a professional approach to customer service.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to remain vigilant.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to operate security systems and emergency equipment.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
