Job Description

We believe that there are better ways to connect with people than traditional advertising. We are looking for a creative team who share’s this belief and wants to embrace the brave new world of creativity we are in.

We need a Creative Team to concept and execute award-winning customer engagement campaigns for one of our most exciting clients.

You will be responsible for all aspects of creative craft stretching from the concepting of campaigns to working collaboratively with our design and production teams to meticulously execute best-in-class work.

You will work with our strategists to help turn insight and data-driven strategy into engaging campaigns primarily across digital, direct and social channels.

But you will often be expected to jump into the unknown- embrace new technology, and plenty of other exciting opportunities such as collaborating with partner agencies such as Saatchi & Saatchi.

Responsibilities

  • As a creative team you will work with conceptual thinking and craft in art direction and writing.
  • You should be comfortable taking briefs from client problem to creative solution and direction of execution.
  • You’ll visualise your thinking clearly with scamps, script writing, mood-boards
  • You’ll have an opportunity to work on big integrated ideas that cover everything from digital advertising to emails to social media and everything in-between.
  • You really love one to one communication channels and data driven, dynamic creative and you will have your figure on the pulse of everything digital as well as new technologies and platforms.
  • Above all you should be passionate about brands and ideas.

Qualifications

?Skills & Experience

  • You should ideally have 7 years experience at a top creative agency
  • A portfolio showing a range of high quality creative work across digital and direct channels
  • Love for digital and one to one communication channels and data driven creative including knowledge of emerging technology and trends
  • Great at presenting your ideas and collaborating with others
  • Experience of direct communication with top clients
  • Tech/telco brand experience
  • Dedication to projects and owning briefs
  • Ambition + passion: to create best in class work and win awards for it. 
  • Working closely with partner agencies
  • ATL experience
  • Social media skills
  • Hands-on skills (design/animation/spoon whittling)

Additional Information

Publicis Groupe operates a hybrid working pattern with employees being office-based on Mondays and two other days during the working week.
