Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and results-driven individual to join the European Retail Marketing team, supporting the full-price brick-and-mortar retail marketing strategy for Ralph Lauren, with a primary focus on the France and Benelux regions. In this role, the successful candidate will play a key part in amplifying global brand campaigns at a local level through the strategic orchestration and execution of retail activations, client experiences, and events. They will contribute to the development and piloting of innovative retail marketing concepts designed to drive brand engagement, client acquisition, footfall, sales, and client development. The role will also support broader initiatives aimed at accelerating brand awareness and strengthening Ralph Lauren’s presence across France and the Benelux markets. We are looking for an individual with a genuine passion and “feel” for the brand and a strong understanding of luxury retail marketing. The ideal candidate will bring experience in brick-and?mortar retail marketing (preferably within fashion or luxury), combined with strong project management capabilities and a commercial mindset. They should demonstrate the ability to translate strategy into impactful activations, while effectively planning, organizing, and delivering large-scale initiatives with precision and creativity

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Reporting into the Retail Marketing Manager you will: • Lead the development and execution of the Retail Marketing strategy across the France and Benelux regions, ensuring strong alignment with broader European and global brand priorities.

Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders (incl. Sales, Buying, Planning, CRM, Customer Insights, PR, Media, Brand Presentation, Clienteling, and Regional Store teams) to successfully implement retail marketing initiatives at both regional and local levels.

Orchestrate the amplification of global brand campaigns within the region through locally relevant activations

Plan and deliver high-impact client events and retail activations across the region, managing all stages from concept development through execution (event management experience required; some international travel may be necessary).

Identify and manage strategic external partnerships to support brand visibility, client acquisition, and cross-market collaboration opportunities. • Support team development by managing and mentoring a junior team member (intern or associate level), contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Oversee project budgets and cost management, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting spend, as well as raising purchase orders and managing vendor relationships.

Manage and develop one direct report at associate or intern level

This role requires a highly organized and pro-active individual with strong communication and project management capabilities, a commercial mindset, and a creative, entrepreneurial approach to delivering ambitious marketing initiatives involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.

• 4+ strategic cycles in brick-and-mortar retail marketing within an international DTC organization, including the development and execution of client activations and experiences

• Experience working with premium or luxury brands and a strong understanding of luxury retail environments and clientele is strongly preferred.

• Strong marketing foundation including strategic thinking, end-to-end campaign planning, project management, and brand amplification.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with external partners and vendors to successfully deliver complex projects.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, showing initiative, adaptability, and the ability to deliver high-quality results under tight timelines.

• Strong commercial acumen, including familiarity with marketing KPIs, performance analysis, and experience managing project budgets and tracking expenses.

• Exemplary written and oral communication skills with experience producing content for presentations, mastery of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
