In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and enhancing our portfolio of power purchase agreements (PPAs) and renewable products.

Alongside a salary of £45,000 – £60,000 depending on experience and a market-leading pension scheme, we offer a range of flexible benefits to support our people across all aspects of their lives.

What you’ll be doing

 

In this role, you'll manage our power purchase agreements (PPAs), ensuring all contractual obligations are met efficiently and profitably.

 

You'll support large tender negotiations, analyse and enhance contract terms, and develop new models and IT solutions to streamline operations.

 

Collaborating with the PPA Settlement & Origination teams, Finance, and Wholesale Market Services, you'll help launch new PPA products and identify process improvements.

 

As a PPA expert, you'll guide and train team members, working closely with internal teams (Pricing, Finance, Legal, and Regulation) and external stakeholders to ensure successful contract delivery and compliance.

 

You'll drive innovation, optimise business processes, and assist in setting team objectives to achieve our strategic goals.

  

Who you are 

 

 

You are a detail-oriented and analytical professional with strong numerical skills. Proficiency in Excel, VBA, and SQL would be a great advantage but not essential. You have a solid understanding of contractual terms and conditions and can translate them into practical operational requirements.

 

With excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, you can work effectively across various teams and influence positive change.

 

You thrive in a dynamic environment, are highly organised, and excel at multitasking and time management.  With a passion for renewable energy and committed to driving efficiencies and improvements.

 

As a team player with excellent interpersonal skills, you’re dedicated to creating great customer and employee experiences.

 

Your knowledge of the PPA (desirable) market and industry settlement codes, coupled with your commitment to health, safety, and sustainability, will make you a valuable asset to our team.
