Are you a talented Sous Chef looking for your next challenge in a fresh-food kitchen? We’re looking for a motivated and experienced individual to support our Head Chef and help lead a dynamic and supportive kitchen team in Hinxton.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Head Chef in the daily running of the kitchen

Lead and inspire junior chefs, maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation

Ensure all dishes are delivered to spec and in a timely manner

Uphold hygiene and food safety standards at all times

Assist with stock control, ordering, and managing kitchen efficiencies

Take charge in the Head Chef’s absence
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up

Passion for fresh, quality food and high standards

Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, supportive approach

Excellent organisational and communication abilities

In-depth understanding of food hygiene and health & safety regulations
