At Salutem Care and Education, we support individuals in their own self-contained flats to live fun, exciting, and fulfilling lives. Working on a 1:1 basis, you’ll be the person who makes everyday moments magical — and the big adventures possible. And you’ll never be alone: you’ll have the full support of a friendly team of colleagues and an experienced leadership network cheering you on.
What You’ll Do
- Bring the fun! Help individuals get out and about — from concerts and football matches to art classes and beach days — whatever lights up their world.
- Build independence. Support people to develop daily living skills like cooking, budgeting, and managing their tenancy, so they can thrive in their own homes.
- Empower personal growth. Create flexible, person-centred plans that inspire confidence, build relationships, and open doors to new opportunities.
- Keep things running smoothly. Support with medication, health needs, and maintaining a safe, clean and happy home.
- Champion wellbeing. Promote healthy lifestyles, effective communication, and positive routines that make each day better than the last.
About You
