We have a fantastic opportunity for a Trainee Marketing Coordinator to join our team within Vistry Cornwall South West, at our Exeter office in Devon. As our Trainee Marketing Coordinator, you will be assisting the Marketing Manager in the delivery of marketing materials and activities that inform and create customer desire for our homes, driving visitors to site with the aim of increasing sales.

More about the Trainee Marketing Coordinator role…

  • Assist with the setup of new marketing suites and show homes and the delivery of marketing signage.
  • Assist with booking advertising and liaising with Marketing Manager regularly to ensure all changes are made.
  • Assist Marketing Manager with email campaigns.
  • Monitor the website and property portals to keep up with trends and best practice.
  • Assist Marketing Manager with creating development brochures, arranging for their delivery to the individual developments when required.
  • General admin and reporting support, tracking our enquiry levels and visitors to our sites.
  • Monitors and maintains a high level of presentation on our developments.
  • Proofread marketing materials, amends as required, and obtains approval from the Marketing Manager.
  • Providing assistance when needed at promotional events.
  • Managing the storage of all communications materials including CGI’s and photographs in line with Company procedures.
  • Liaises, updates, and communicates regularly with the Marketing Manager and Sales Managers as required.
  • Assist with uploading new development & plot information into both the CRM systems.
