Job Description

We are recruiting for an exceptional Workplace Support Team Lead Colleague Support Team Leader) to oversee our Colleague Support Host team within the Central London offices of an exclusive bank.

This is a high profile, people focused role where you will champion service excellence and ensure every colleague, guest and VIP leaves with a positive and lasting impression.
Our Colleague Support Hosts are the face of the organisation, delivering a market leading visitor experience. As Team Lead, you will set the standard, inspire your team and ensure flawless service delivery across all touchpoints.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, motivate and develop a high performing team
  • Ensure service excellence and a consistently exceptional visitor journey
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, visitors and internal stakeholders
  • Oversee daily operations and manage multiple requests with confidence and composure
  • Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, presentation and attention to detail

Hours: 40 hours per week, with flexible shifts between 7am – 6pm
Salary: £38,136 per annum



Qualifications

You will be a natural leader with a passion for people and a commitment to exceptional service. You will thrive in fast paced environments, stay calm under pressure and bring a polished, professional presence to every interaction.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in a leading service delivery or front of house role
  • Ability to deliver business level customer service in a high profile corporate environment
  • Strong understanding of service excellence and guest experience standards
  • Familiarity with room reservations, meeting coordination and event planning
  • Experience with HR processes, including team development and performance management
