We are looking for an experienced Café Manager to join the team at St James's Café.
Open 7 days a week. All-day British cuisine in a contemporary wooden pavilion with terrace and views of St James's Park. Open 8am-6pm.
We Offer:
Salary: £32,000-33,000 per annum
Shifts: 45 hour week/ Weekends often
Contract: Full Time/ Permanent
About the Cafe Manager role:

To supervise, manage and motivate the team

To make sure that the operation runs smoothly

To ensure the customers experience is always maintained to the highest standard

To continuously work towards improving sales and service

Supporting and managing the performance of the team through ongoing evaluations, listening, training, and mentoring

Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are always maintained
The ideal candidate will possess good food and beverage knowledge in addition to outstanding customer service, and leadership skills.
