- Preparing, cooking & serving of meals at the students and school staff.
- Keeping your kitchen to a high cleanliness level in line with Government and EHO guidelines.
- Following all allergy and dietary requirement procedures.
- Training your team in line with the Caterlink standards.
- Completing all relevant paperwork / computer work
- Ordering all produce
- Leading by example and showing off your passion for food to your team, pupils and school staff members
- Completing stock takes and keeping the required GP
