Are you a knowledgeable Assistant/Intermediate Cost Manager searching for your next challenge within the built environment?
Do you want to work on a diverse range of exciting projects?
About You
- Previous experience delivering cost management of building projects from feasibility/option studies through to detailed cost planning and post contract cost management.
- Thorough knowledge of the principal standard forms of building contracts, including JCT and NEC3
- A commitment to delivering a high-quality client experience
- Multi-sector background gained in consultancy or construction environment
- MRICS / Chartered Surveyor status
- A professional and compassionate attitude
- Excellent client communication skills, report writing skills and presentation skills
