Position: Night Duty Manager

Location: One Blackfriars, London, SE1 9GD

Working Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off 1900 – 0700

Salary:  up to £32,240 per annum (depending on experience)

Contract: A permanent position.

Development Details:

This role will be based at the iconic One Blackfriars tower, a prime luxury development looking down on the River Thames, consisting of 274 apartments. The site benefits from several amenities including a resident’s spa, underground car park and 24-hour concierge service.

 

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a Night Duty Manager at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

  • Ensure a high level of health and safety compliance, responsible for carrying out various inspections, patrols, uploading compliance documentation and ensuring any issues are recorded properly, reported to the relevant parties and rectified.
  • You will be a quick thinker, logical with the ability to take your own initiative in challenging situations and demonstrable experience in dealing with onsite emergencies and coordinating any site related issues.
  • You will have a strong customer service background having worked in a similar role, supervising a small onsite team and ensuring SOPs are adhered to.
  • You will already have some brilliant experiences behind you in relation to delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and managing a team environment. You’ll lead, engage, and inspire others.
  • You are a leader who cares passionately about creating a positive and most importantly a safe environment for residents, guests, and your team.
  • You are always looking for opportunities to drive the performance of the development and contribute to amazing results.
  • You know how to deal effectively with feedback, in the moment. Acting as the main point of contact for all queries
  • Your team matters to you, so you support them, working together, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors, ultimately supporting a strong unified working environment.
  • Ideally you will have a full clean UK driving licence, so you are able to support with Valet duties.
