What you’ll be doing:
As our Project Change Manager, you will play a key part in ensuring projects deliver their outcomes and ROI. You will do this by focusing on the people side of change, ensuring that those impacted are aware, able and inspired to adopt the change. You will carry out change management across our organisation to support delivery of our business strategy.
You’ll ensure that change is managed to the process set out in our change management framework. You’ll also work with, and coach stakeholders ensuring sustained change adoption and liaise with our change support teams – including changes to business processes, systems, data, job roles and behaviours.

What does it take to be successful?
Experience of delivering people change projects
Proven expertise in people change and building business capability
Strong leadership and team working skills, especially under pressure
Excellent collaboration and facilitation skills, ability to engage with all levels
Excellent communication skills, ability to build rapport and trust quickly
Flexibility and adaptability in approach to fit organisational culture, maturity and needs
Focus on benefit realisation
Proven expertise in people change
Experience and knowledge of change management methodologies and tools
Proven track record of successfully communicating to a variety of audiences and shifting behaviours
Experience of managing individuals through change
Preferable, Prosci Change Management Practitioner certification
Comfortable with ambiguity and strong initiative
