Our Opportunity
About You
Our ideal Senior Project Manager must have:
- 5+ years industry experience, having worked in a similar role in the design or construction management environment
- Have a good understanding of forms of building contract and experience of contract administration (NEC/JCT/PPC2000)
- Eligibility to obtain, or existing possession of SC level Security Clearance is required to fulfil the duties of this role
- A comprehensive knowledge of building technology and construction principles
It would be nice for you to have:
- Member of a construction related professional body, such as RICS, CIOB, CIBSE, etc.
- HNC, HND, a project management, architectural, engineering / construction related degree or related transferrable experience
- A good understanding of IT including Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Project
- Excellent bid writing and presentation skills – comfortable speaking to groups both online and in person.
