WHAT WILL KEEP YOU BUSY:

This position is Monday to Friday 40 hours per week 1/2 hour unpaid lunch break. 6.30am – 2.30pm

There is occasional bank holiday working and start time can be flexed if required to 7am and finish 3pm

  • Working alongside the chef and team member to support FOH and admin reporting to general manager at sister site.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to all team members to ensure a positive customer experience, under the guidance of the Manager
  • Complete weekly admin & due diligence needs to be computer literate
  • To support manager with  team meetings on a regular basis to communicate targets, standards required and company and client information.
  • Ensure that customers are given a prompt and efficient service and that their food / room service and value expectations are consistently exceeded.
  •  Conduct Food Safety and Health and Safety Risk Assessments and ensure that all standards and procedures in respect of Hygiene and Safety are established and maintained
  • Assist with core catering operations when required
  • Cleaning and replenishment of refreshment areas within the building
  • Have experience in a supervisory or Team Leader role with the catering hospitality industry
  • Use your entrepreneurial skills to create a thriving and successful working environment to grow the role and business
  • Possess excellent supervisory and communication skills
  • Good delegation and influencing skills
  • Able to demonstrate your analytical approach to problem solving
  • Have the ability to display a real passion for food and customer service
  • Self motivating and be an independent worker
