Role Overview:
Join our team as a Sous Chef and become an integral part of delivering exceptional culinary experiences. You’ll ensure our customers receive top-notch service while maintaining high standards of food preparation, hygiene, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and professional food service to customers.
- Ensure food preparation adheres to regulations and maintain a clean working environment.
- Manage kitchen staff, ensuring daily targets are met.
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to high standards.
- Manage rosters, stock, and financial aspects of the kitchen.
- Motivate the team through effective communication and support.
- Gather and act on customer feedback to improve service.
- Uphold health and safety standards at all times.
Who You Are:

- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Committed to providing outstanding customer care.
- Enthusiastic about working in a food service environment.
- High standards of personal hygiene and professionalism.
- Flexible and adaptable to business needs.
- Skilled in culinary arts with relevant experience.
- Holds Basic Food Hygiene/Level 2 certification.
- NVQ Level 2 in professional cookery or equivalent.
- Proficient in financial management within a kitchen environment.
